At this years Screen Actors Guild Awards, there seemed to be a theme. Hair held back with braided hair bands.
Amongst the updos, Austrailian actress Rose Byrne stole the show. I love her bob with subtle highlighting.

Both Renee Bargh and Kaley Cuoco wore their hair up, tied back with a plaited hair band of contrasting colour. I am not sure this is the most flattering style for their face shapes.
Dianna Agron looked cute from the right angles with a fishtail plait across the front of her head. From the back and side the style looses its beauty when the heavier fishtail is pinned in.
Busy Philipps got it right with an elegant plait that flows into her locks. Not sure about the dress though.
This relaxed detail is better than some of her other looks, the Oscars updo, for example.
