Here are my favourite looks from last nights 'Golden Globe' awards. This is the first event of the Hollywood award season, culminating in the Oscars in February.

Elle has horrible root regrowth but Reese Shows how softened blonde with roots can look fantastic.
Evan Rachel Woods shows off a well styled quality cut, the rich blonde looks great too. This shows how a short cut can look just as good as any updo. I love the regal height in the constructed blow dry worn by Jessica Chastains. She has beautiful auburn hair that really brings out her eyes
Anha O'Rielly and Andi MacDowell wear giant curls swept to one side In gorgeous, chocolate and coffee brunette. Salma Hayek is almost two tone. It does nothing for the design of the style and looks a bit of a colour disaster.
Slick Rick Gervais and Johnny 'needs a cut' Depp
Possibly the worst hair seen on a red carpet, anywhere, ever. Kelly Osbourne goes old lady. Platinum blonde placed in her hairline that looks like a blue rinse. Tied in a boring bun she looks like a washer woman. She sees the funny side though, it seems.
